Your use of this web site and/or the available Works is subject to the following terms and conditions. You may download the available preview versions of Works for evaluation purposes only.
If You intend to license music from Slicktracks.com You confirm that You are over 18 years of age and if acting on behalf of an intended licensee, You have sufficient authority to enter into this Agreement on their behalf.
You will not disclose any password, key or access code issued to You by Slicktracks.com to any third party without written authorization from Slicktracks.com.
Licensees will be afforded a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access high quality versions of the specific Works for which the appropriate licensing fee has been paid, and to use those Works for synchronization within audio-visual productions such as film, video, television, multimedia, corporate settings, web sites, computer games and the like. Licensees are also permitted to use the licensed works for purposes of 'music on hold', 'in-house music' or as background music for voiceover or theme music purposes in radio and podcast programmimg and the like.
The appropriate licensing fee for each of the Works shall depend on the eventual use of the Works, i.e. either Commercial or Non-Commercial...
Non-Commercial Use specifically relates to non-profit purposes such as private home use (e.g. home video), use within a school or college, or where the licensee is a registered charitable organization.
Commercial Use includes any use where the Works are incorporated within a product which will be sold, rented or licensed, or any instance where the licensee or end user is a commercial organization.

No user of the Works shall be entitled to any of the rights afforded to a licensee until the appropriate licensing fee has been paid.
Licensing fees are stated in US dollars excluding sales tax or import duty which may or may not be payable depending on your geographical location. Currency conversion to euros or GB pounds will normally be available prior to checkout.
The licensee will, where reasonable, identify the work as being protected by copyright, and ensure that a text or spoken credit is given to either the composer/artist of the Work(s), or to the copyright holder or to both, for each of the Works published.
Copyright and title to all of the Works belongs Slicktracks.com unless otherwise stated.
The licensee may edit or alter the licensed Works provided this is not done in such a way as to create a new composition or musical work. All rights and title to such altered, adapted or edited versions of the musical Works shall remain with Slicktracks.com.
The licensee is permitted to use the licensed Works only as an integral part of their own productions. In no way may any of the Works be resold, rented, assigned or sub-licensed to any third party as a musical work per se without specifically written permission from Slicktracks.com.
There is no limit to the number of productions in which the licensed Works may be used by the licensee. Slicktracks.com does not require additional fees in respect of multiple uses.
Works licensed from Slicktracks.com are supplied 'royalty free', Slicktracks.com is not registered with any royalty collection societies and no such society has any authority from Slicktracks.com to collect royalties on its behalf.
Slicktracks.com undertakes to replace any audio file found to be faulty on download. Refunds are not normally available once downloading or delivery of Works has commenced. Faulty disks will be replaced if returned within seven days of delivery. In exceptional circumstances refunds may be issued at the discretion of Slicktracks.com.
The web site and services of Slicktracks.com, and the available Works are provided 'as is'. You use them at your own risk. Slicktracks.com makes no warranties, express or implied, as to their reliability, accessibility, or fitness for any particular purpose. Slicktracks.com will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss however caused.
Slicktracks.com reserves to right to license, assign, sell or otherwise distribute the Works as it sees fit, or to remove, discontinue, alter, change the prices or formats of, or the licensing terms relating to: the Works, preview files, this web site or physical media.
In the event of an unresolved dispute in relation to this agreement all parties will submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts of law.
